Located in Kyoto, 1.1 km from Nijo Castle and 1.7 km from the centre, Rinn Shiki Juraku provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. This is a great place to stay for when you want to have your own private quiet space (and a bit more space than a typical hotel room), but still want to be cared for by hotel-like staff. We landed on this place because I wanted to stay in a typical Ryokan, but my husband wanted his own bathroom. It was the best stay of our Japan trip out of 3 hotels that were all far above average. It feels very secluded and private, there are around 10 apartments in total and everyone has their own entrance. There's a coin washing machine as well. There is a small breakfast buffet with really great coffee and they provide some free snacks during the day as well I believe. All in all it feels really kind and caring.

In the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kyoto International Manga Museum, 谷町君・星屋旅館・神泉ノ宿 二条城 has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. Everything was new and clean. Location is also good, close to Nijo castle and with good connection to other areas.

In the Ukyo Ward district of Shimo saga, close to Arashiama Bamboo Grove, 谷町君・星屋・談山旅館 京都嵐山 has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. The house is fabulous. The whole place feels like a work of art -- traditional but modern at the same time, and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The place got everyone one might need. The best part is that the price is less than most of the single-room hotels.

In the Minami Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kyoto Station, Kyoto Villa Kotone has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a balcony. - The location is great. Just only 5-6 mins walk from Kyoto station. And only 2 mins from villa kotone to Aeon mall which there are lots of restaurant and big supermarket. - Staff is nice and very supportive. As there's an accident (I lost my wallet at Nagoya) on my first day of the trip. I could not met him to get a key on time. We check in quite late at night. Jame san also come to see us at night to advise on everything and also explain on all lighting and electornics stuff work. - I like living and dining area which we can common use with our family. play game, chat. If you travel with family. this place is a perfect choice for you. - I stay here for 6 nights. Total 5 persons with 2 kids.

Well set in the centre of Kyoto, Kyoto Villa Ninja offers a balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. The 3-star holiday home features garden views and is 1.4 km from Nijo Castle. This is the most incredible place to stay. A must do for everyone.

In the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Campton Kiyomizu Vacation Rental has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. We had the traditional Japanese breakfast on both mornings and they were absolutely divine. The care and effort put into them was amazing. The beautiful staff who brought them and set everything up were incredible. We would highly recommend this experience. Delicious.

Kyoisuke offers accommodation within 700 metres of the centre of Kyoto, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. The authenticity of a Ryokan along with the enthusiasm of the staff and their helpful nature were two key aspects that we liked the most.

BenTen Residences offer a Japanese machiya accommodation in the heart of Higashiyama, Kyoto. Yasaka Shrine is 7 minutes on foot, while Kiyomizu Temple is a 14-minute stroll. beautiful refurbished Machiya in an excellent location. ample room for 6 persons. very clear check in process and clean. concierge was very helpful.

Situated in Kyoto, 500 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum,Kyoto Machiya Fukune is an accommodation with a garden. The accommodation has a hot tub. We spent 3-nights in Kyoto for a family trip. Both my parents and my son enjoyed the stay, very clean and comfortable. Prepared everything we need during the stay. Japanese breakfast set is delicious. Location is good as well, quiet neighborhood with good choices of Japanese cuisine. Acceptable walking distance to the subway station.

Toukokuussa 2017 avattu Mulan Hostel sijaitsee Arashiyamassa. Arashiyaman asemalle on 2 minuutin kävelymatka. WiFi on maksuton hostellin kaikissa tiloissa. Hosts were phenomenal, friendly, neat, and made themselves available to answer any questions and to simply make sure everyone felt at home. The whole place was kept tidy at all times and provided excellent space to meet people. The place was also surprisingly soundproof and offered a nice window into experiencing the city through the design of the hostel.
