The location is excellent and the facilities had everything we needed. But the best part was the books! It was amazing to be surrounded by all the lovely books and we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Comfortable and a great location! We wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully designed and decorated apartment right in town. Minutes to all the sites in Orvieto. Ground level, so no stairs to climb. The owner was very friendly. He doesn’t speak English but it worked out fine with my bad Italian and google translate. Don’t hesitate to book, it’s a great choice!

This property is owned and run by a family and they made our stay very comfortable beginning with inviting us to a special dinner the night we arrived which included live entertainment in the form of a solo guitar player/singer. It was a very laid back experience that remained throughout our five night stay. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of Umbria countryside. The unit consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with adequate space and a very quiet air conditioner that worked quickly to cool down the room and keep it cool throughout the night. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and wine available for purchase. The location in the country was ideal for relaxing.
