It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The host was very helpful and quick to respond. There were fruit, drinks and coffee provided in the apartment's kitchen, which was very convinient.

What a lovely place to stay and so quiet and connected with nature. The property had everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay.

He stocks the fridge for you with breakfast goodies, including yogurt and fresh milk (almond, cow, oat) for coffee. In one of his properties on the outskirts he had complete fixings for a pasta dinner and more. I've never seen anyone prepare a place more thoughtfully than Gino. He's also a great source for restaurants and everything Gubbio. He's friendly, communicative and extremely available by WhatsApp, etc. We did not want for anything. Highly recommend.
