A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

It is very nice, traditional house. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

I love the view, the silence, the spotlessly cleaning, the scented plants all around, the short distance from the beach ⛱️ the short distance from the restaurant where you can eat the best Sardinian food at the McDonald's charge and the kindness of the host Andrea. Can't wait to get back here again.
