The property was a short distance from Kilkenny City. It was such a lovely and cozy property. The beds were so comfy it was absolutely spotless. Literally everything was brilliant: the house is quite new and modern, very cozy with decorations. There was even a Christmas tree. Beautiful view, lots of space. Even boardgames are at the location. Niamh was so reliable in communication and provided many details and insights which were super useful. Very easy check in

It was the perfect holiday for us, we stayed 5 days, with older children 10 and 16. They appreciated the pool table and air hockey which meant we had an actual break! We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back in the summer. The house is spacious, beautifully restored and spotlessly clean. It's cosy and comfortable, in a peaceful location but just a 10-minute drive from Kilkenny city. Fergus is friendly and welcoming.
