Lyons teabags there on our arrival was a lovely touch.

Literally everything was brilliant: the house is quite new and modern, very cozy with decorations. There was even a Christmas tree. Beautiful view, lots of space. Even boardgames are at the location. It was the perfect holiday for us, we stayed 5 days, with older children 10 and 16. They appreciated the pool table and air hockey which meant we had an actual break! It was lovely and peaceful, there was Netflix so we relaxed as a family in the night, it was great we couldn’t ask for more.

She had left us sandwich fixings which came in very handy after traveling all night with 2 small children from the States. Our stay was very pleasant!

It's cosy and comfortable, in a peaceful location but just a 10-minute drive from Kilkenny city. Fergus is friendly and welcoming.
