As an accommodation, it was perfect. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located close to the center, offering an airy, sunny atmosphere with a relaxing view. Moreover, the house itself dates back to the 1860s and is beautifully decorated.

We had a wonderful time at Pearl House. The house is beautifully appointed. Everything has been well thought out and we felt at home. Luxurious yet relaxed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous. We really enjoyed the balcony with stunning seaside views - perfect at breakfast and for evening drinks. Great central location. Easy walk to beaches, lovely tavernas and shops. Highly recommended.

LOVELY QUIET HOUSE WITH GARDEN är idealiskt beläget i hjärtat av Spetses och erbjuder utsikt över trädgården samt en trädgård och en terrass. This is probably one of the best accommodations I've ever had in a Greek island. The house has all modern amenities but at the same time it gives you the sense of a true old island house. The owner (Babis) is very friendly, easy going and very generous. When we arrived we realize that the fridge was full of goodies (including fresh fruits, wine, milk, juices, eggs, variety of jams etc). We really enjoyed our stay and we thank Babis for that!
