Perfectly located, but you need a car to reach beaches, supermarket etc. Clean house, nice pool area and a great big terrace with a nice view. We felt very private, although we had neighbours. Our heartfelt thanks to our host Fotis who tirelessly looked after us and took care of everything from small inquiries to more serious concerns (his calmness and awareness during the fires on the island was infectious and very much appreciated :) We would love to come back!

Situated 300 metres from the beach of Kolympia in Rhodes, 12 Islands is a complex of spacious villas. Each unit features a private pool, free Wi-Fi and a furnished terrace or balcony with Aegean Sea or mountain views. As soon as we entered the villa, all of our reactions was 'WOW'. It was so much more than we had hoped. It was very clean, extremely well equipped and breakfast was brought to us every morning.The owner and all of his staff, from cleaners to the pool men were friendly and very accommodating. This was the first time that we had brought our boys abroad on holiday (they are 7/14 & 19) and this villa made it amazing..........it will be hard to top in the future and hopefully we will be back.

It’s such a peaceful place with charming architecture and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. I think this would be a perfect villa for families, with loads of space for kids to run around. The host of the villa is very helpful and friendly, they looked after me really well My bedroom was very romantic and I particularly enjoyed sitting on my veranda watching a spectacular sunset . In fact, we didn’t want to leave!
