Absolutely everything about this property. We requested an early check-in and we got one with no problem. The girl who met us at the property was brilliant, she took the time to show us the accommodation and explained very clearly how things worked. 10/10 for her.

We stay at Ellers Farm as bought our dog to Kentdale Veterinary Referrals from the Isle of Man The cottage is literally down the road which was extremely handy. Cottage is beautiful and well equipped. The owners are lovely and happy to accommodate requests. Ellers Farm is what it says on the tin, a working farm so please expect that as you are literally metres away from horses and cows which I loved!😊

Everything was perfect. The property is spacious and very comfortable. I didn't use the air-fryer but I'm sure for some people it would be a treat. I loved having a washer, tumble-dryer and freezer available. Totally clean. All questions answered quickly....even silly ones! Great shower. Fabulously equipped kitchen. Everything we looked for was there. Spacious parking. Easy to work TV (they aren't all!!). Good Internet. Lovely location away from any busy area. I enjoyed seeing the horses wandering by.

Well appointed, clean and cosy and close to the town without being noisy. enough room for a small family. friendly host who was happy to help. booking.com took too much money and the host sorted this out even though it was out of his control. we will definitely look to stay here again

The Hot Tub was really easy to use and really what we needed for a well rested break away! The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The big Tvs were great all situated round the house!

Wow! This is, hands down, the best accomodation we have stayed in for the price. 3 double bedrooms, cosy lounge, kitchen/diner/reading space. We didn’t cook but everything one would need to prepare a meal and eat comfortably is there. There is even a freezer. Ideal location for us. A short walk to the castle, the numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a shop just around the corner and Sainsburys is a short walk away. The nature reserve is about 15 mins walk. Clitheroe is the ideal base for exploring this gorgeous part of England and Darryl’s place is the perfect place to stay. We highly recommend.

The setting and views were spectacular. The accommodation was stunning, beautifully fitted out. Very modern and stylish.
