I liked the peaceful location, the cleanliness, and the facilities. We had everything that we needed, and it was a lovely upgrade from camping. Having our own bathroom and kitchen in the pod makes it convenient and comfortable compared to similar places we have stayed in the past. We enjoyed making use of the BBQ/ fire pit that has been provided for each pod.

Walking distance to almost everything I needed in the village shopping area. The proximity to Balmoral Castle really surprised me too. Well manicured and very quiet neighbourhood, exactly what I wanted for a good break. Full marks to the self-catering facilities and cottage arrangement.

Fairdene Cottage se encuentra en Ballater, a 18 km de Castillo de Balmoral, y ofrece patio, jardín y wifi gratis. Fairdene Cottage was perfect. So adorable and comfortable. I was able to visit Balmoral and also the Ballater train station with a replica of Queen Victoria's train carriage. I loved everything about the cottage and its location.

The Boathouse ofrece terraza y vistas al lago. Está en Longmorn, a 8,1 km de Elgin Cathedral y a 46 km de Castillo de Huntly. Fantastic host, very friendly and made us feel welcome. Properly was spacious, warm and clean with fantastic views. We stayed here 2 nights and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Beldorny está en Kingston y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis a 35 km de Castillo de Huntly, a 44 km de Castillo de Brodie y a 46 km de Leith Hall Garden & Estate. The house is exeptional inside and out. Location was very good, quiet and very close to Spey Bay. Added bonus of electric charge point for our Hybrid was a welcome touch. Wouldn't think twice about returning if we are in area again.
