From the beginning laura was only helpful, we arrived in Cheltenham early and even tho the house wasnt available until 3pm laura allowed us to drop our bags in the morning, the house itself was immaculate clean warm and comfortable.

The location was fantastic within minutes walk of the high street, house was absolutely stunning. We loved it. Such a great host and very accommodating.
