Homestead Hillsborough Guest Rooms se encuentra en Hillsborough, en la región de County Down, a 23 km de The Belfast Empire Music Hall. Muy confortable y tranquilo. Hay una cocina y salón comunes que nos vinieron genial para poder comer algo a nuestro aire para desayunar o cenar. Nos mandaron el día anterior las instrucciones para acceder, muy claras y sin problema. Una de las camas nos la dieron sin edredón, pero escribimos por WhatsApp y rápidamente nos proporcionaron uno.

Cottage was immaculately clean on arrival. Everything that was needed was already provided for. Thoughtful little extras like the home-made bread and jams. Jan the owner was a wonderfully warm host and made us feel very welcome. The views of the Mourne mountains were epic. The stay was essentially perfect in every way.

El Clonlum Holiday Cottages está situado en Newry, a 12 km de la catedral de San Patricio y Saint Colman, y ofrece alojamiento con conexión WiFi gratuita. The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is in a good central location for east Ireland. From this location, we drove to Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede rope bridge, Belfast, Blackrock County Louth, Dublin, Bray, and Avoca. All drives were 1-2 hours, but so nice to return to one place at the end of the day. The cottage has a wonderful view of Slieve Gullion. We drove around all sides of the mountain and to the top. The drive to the top is absolutely breathtaking!!! The host was wonderful. He checked almost everyday to see if we needed anything and gave us tips on places to see each day. Be sure to try Murphy Bar as it is much more impressive on the inside and the food is great. The local Mace grocery had most things we needed. It is a short drive into Newry for large supermarkets and a shopping mall. The cottage is equipped for cooking so we ate breakfast and dinner there and packed a lunch. I can’t say enough good things about this cottage!!! We stayed there 6 days.

La casa es grande y cómoda. Está muy cerca de la playa. Íbanos tres coches y pudimos aparcar dentro sin problemas.
