A beautiful little cottage, equiped with everything you need. Warm, comfortable, and the welcome basket was by far the best we've had anywhere. Richard and Jayne were so welcoming too. Really convenient for getting into Chester. Just 2 minutes down the road from Pesto At The Yacht too, which we heartily recommend!

A home from home , spacious property with a lovely feel to it. Christmas decorations were a lovely surprise too. Host was very helpful always checking in that all was okay with our stay. Firstly i would just like to say how beautiful overleigh house is :) i fell in love with it ..and it had everything plus more you could ever need for a comfortable stay! ...and wow was it cozy !!! The hot tub was a fabulous added extra that we enjoyed throughout our stay. My only recommendation is just a mop to help when coming in to the kitchen from the hottub , i did use our towels for this but a mop would be just perfect in order to protect the beautiful flooring :) . The location was perfect and its one of our favourite places to visit. We rate our stay as a 5 star and we will back shortly . We was very intrested in your other properties including the one in spain !
