A beautiful little cottage, equiped with everything you need. Warm, comfortable, and the welcome basket was by far the best we've had anywhere. Richard and Jayne were so welcoming too. Really convenient for getting into Chester. Just 2 minutes down the road from Pesto At The Yacht too, which we heartily recommend!

Felt like home, we have all we need for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the place is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Host was super responsive I didn’t have to wait long for his replies. Living room and kitchen are both spacious and very good place to chill with family! Love it. Highly recommended.

Easy parking, comfortable beds, a lovely space in the garden to sit and have my morning coffee 😊 Great communication with the owners. The house is beautiful with everything needed for a great stay. Featuring garden views, NEW Overleigh Cottage, with optional Hot tub provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 1.5 km from Chester Racecourse. Firstly i would just like to say how beautiful overleigh house is :) i fell in love with it ..and it had everything plus more you could ever need for a comfortable stay! ...and wow was it cozy !!! The hot tub was a fabulous added extra that we enjoyed throughout our stay. My only recommendation is just a mop to help when coming in to the kitchen from the hottub , i did use our towels for this but a mop would be just perfect in order to protect the beautiful flooring :) . The location was perfect and its one of our favourite places to visit. We rate our stay as a 5 star and we will back shortly . We was very intrested in your other properties including the one in spain !
