It does not have air con but it is not needed . Love this place .

Nice backyard area, gated home with security cameras, and friendly cleaning lady lives up the road.The location is close to the beach and to airports. The host, Fabio, was very accommodating. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. There are two markets and a gas station very close by for all your basic needs. Also there was a great bar and restaurant called moyas and a german bakery that was fantastic. House had just enough things to be able to cook for our family of 7. It's about a 45-60 min drive to arenal national park and la fortuna. Showers were hot and house had all our basic needs.
