Great location, very kind personnel at the reception. We has some issues with the appliance the person arrived after 5 minutes that we called the reception. The villas are great just equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. They seriously take also if you arrive with a pet: generous welcome e.g. sleeping cushion, toy, treat etc.

The location is very good, maybe you don,t know how to find the first arrival, but ask the shop assistant at the near shop can know. The householder was very kind and provided me a lot of advice and help. Although I did not drive here, she also prepared parking cards for us, which was very considerate. I highly recommend my friends to stay here if they come to Piran next time, you won't be disappointed.

It's located just by the sea with walking distance to nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. Very friendly and helpful host that is always available. Apsolutno sve. 🙂 Letovali smo sa malom bebom, smestaj je bio cist i uredan, dobili smo i krevetac. Blizina plaze, besplatni suncobrani i lezaljke, savrsena domacica Ljulje, predivna zena kao i ostatak porodice. Imamo samo reci hvale. 🥰😊 Setaliste, kao i bezbroj kafica i restorana u blizini apartmana. Odlicna lokacija kao i sve ostalo. Prezadovoljni smo 😊

Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).
