The owner, Enej, was very helpful and friendly, all was prepared and clean, even got a bottle of sparkling wine prepared in the fridge and a box full of coffee as a gift for us. Location is quiet and private, walking distance to Portoroz and even Piran. If we have a returning holiday, I will first check if this villa is available before searching elsewhere.

Sun shades on the terrace do magic for those who shield against the sun. Everything worked and was super easy to use. We had fantastic holiday and really enjoyed it.
