I spent a wonderful month at this location. The villa is very beautiful, intimate, and has a dreamy view. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need and is very clean. Access to any part of the island is easy, both with public transport and with a rented car. We want to thank both Veronique and Fania who helped us with absolutely everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this wonderful and friendly place.

Perfect location!! House is amazing! You can hear the waves each night. We were happy to have the pool for the kids and and short 5 min walk to the beach! We loved it here!

The villa has everything as described. Very comfortable, I loved the swimming pool and the garden. In the back garden I loved the terrace with the jacuzzi with Mountain View on one side, and sea view on the other side. The kind Lady Maryanne is taking care of everything you need, cleaning, washing clothes, changing bed sheets, providing fresh fruit from the garden. there is nothing we couldn’t ask. Mr. Robert Payet, the owner, must have been the kindest host I’ve ever met. Even though he is living on Praslin, he came over to meet us in person. He let us check in as early as we wanted and check out as late as we wanted without me asking for it. The refrigerator was so full that we didn’t have to go shopping at all. I mentioned we traveled with kids so he made sure there was enough ice cream and pizzas and so on in the refrigerator. I’ve never seen anything like that before. He invited us over at his luxury hotel Le Duc de Praslin for 1 day. He arranged pick up at the airport, gave us a room in his hotel ‘to change our clothes and have a shower before flying back’, we went to the hotel beach and swimming pool, had a very good lunch. As I said, the hospitality of Mr. Robert Payet is beyond any, any expectation. As a pilot, I travel a lot with my family, but I have to say that I have never met a host as friendly, helpful and hospitable as Mr. Robert Payet. This was my second time in Seychelles, and definitely not the last time, but I do know that I will not scroll through Airbnb or booking next time, I know where to go!

What an amazing place! The hosts Tricia and Lydia were wonderful. Welcoming, friendly and informative. They were easily contactable before and during the stay with prompt replies. The elegantly decorated house is spotless, and kept spotless by their lovely housekeeper Tanya who cleans and regularly changes the linen and towels. Everything in the house is top quality and makes self-catering a delight! Catering can be arranged if needed. One evening, Darius (the groundsman) and his wife Amina made a delicious meal for us with fish and chicken cooked over an open fire, home-made salads, rice and bread. I highly recommend this experience as the food was the best we tasted whilst on the island! The house is an easy 15 minutes drive from the airport, and the location directly on the quiet beach was perfect. There are several restaurants nearby (short drive). You can also walk to the bar and restaurant of the small hotel next door. The small but very well-stocked supermarket just over the road is perfectly located and takes the stress out of meal planning. A truly luxurious place to stay. Highly recommended!

Premesso che, a mio parere, per vedere bene Mahe necessita noleggiare un'automobile, la struttura e ben posizionata, a 50 MT dal mare e vicinissima ad Anse Royale. La casa e grande e confortevole, con un bel giardino curato ed il market è vicinissimo.I proprietari sono carinissimi e disponibili. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la carta di credito (ritirata dal bancomat) e ci hanno aiutato per recuperarla, perdendo un'intera giornata con noi. Anche il giardiniere e stato molto carino. Grazie ancora.

Il nostro soggiorno a Villa Lima è stato perfetto! La proprietaria di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha illustrato nella mappa le miglior spiagge dove andare,i ristoranti vicini alla casa e molti altri consigli utili. Ci ha dato la possibilità di noleggiare la macchina a un prezzo vantaggioso. La casa gode di una vista mozzafiato sull’oceano, con pochi insetti ed è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario, compresi wifi e aria condizionata. La pulizia impeccabile, la donna della pulizia veniva ogni 2/3 giorni. Appena sotto alla collina si trova il supermercato e la distilleria di rum dove abbiamo potuto sperimentare il rum locale Takamaka, e alcune spiagge con onde calme. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, se dovessimo tornare sceglieremmo sicuramente Villa Lima!
