So close to the airport that we walked to and from. Teresa was absolutely lovely and kind and even drove us to Praia because it was very hot and we were going to walk. The little house has everything you need and was so unique and cute! We absolutely loved it

Clean, very close to the airport. We enjoyed the coffee pods. The wood on the ceiling was very charming. The bathroom is very nice, clean and renovated with attention to detail. Check-in was very easy and flexible to potential delays to flights and getting through customs.

The property is bigger than expected and it looked recently refurbished at very high standards. It is equipped with all we needed, both indoor and outdoor. Our daughter in particular loved her bedroom upstairs, including a ensuite bathroom. We could not have asked for more. The owner was always very quick and kind when answering our messages.

La propietaria, Armanda, és una persona culta i encantadora. T'ajuda en tot el que cal però sap mantenir la necessària discreció amb els hostes. Ho posa tot fàcil. A l'arribada et fa una explicació de la casa i el lloc. Està orgullosa de la seva restauració. No es una casa rural convencional sino un lloc a on et trobes cómode i com a casa. Els esmorzars de l'Armanda són formidables. El dia abans et pregunta que t'agradarà per esmorzar i l'endemà al mati et deixa una cistella amb pa calent acabat de fer, fruita i tot el que has demanat per menjar-ho amb familia, evitant els clàssics i aborrits esmorzals dels hotels. En resum: si tornem a Terceira, serà a casa Avo José Alves, sense dubtar-ho.
