The owner waited for us for almost an hour. He welcomed us with warm greetings and intruduced the place. It is a lovely home and the kitchen is beautiful and stylish. The pool is not big but very enjoyable espcially during the sunset. Very beautiful and peaceful place. 5 star recommended!

João was very friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations. The house is very well located, you have a lot of beautiful places to visit around, the beach is only 10-15 minutes away. ⛱️ The house is stylish and has everything you need, you can see how they put a lot of thought in each little detail. Right in the middle of the nature, in a very quiet location, you can completely disconnect from the day to day life and feel the vacation vibe right away. It works perfectly for digital nomads as well, you have plenty of space to work from, the big dinning table or even the terrace table outside. Thank you for the very warm welcome and the amazing ginja and cookies 😊

Lots of space in the house, it's very easily accessible, the rooms are big (big and well equipped kitchen too), the ensuite bathrooms are clean and new, free parking in front of the house. We loved the pool although the weather wasn't perfect for it anymore. And the communication with the host was very nice, they made us feel very welcome.

We had a great stay. Doron was super helpful and accomodating. The house is great, just like home away from home with all necessary amenities and there's supermarkets, restaurants, and coffeeshops at walking distance from the house (as well as the beautiful walled village). If I return to Obidos I will definitely try to stay there again!

Hong Kong
This spacious house just outside the walled city of Óbidos was a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The host, Tiago, met us as we parked (right in front of the house) and gave us the keys. He also walked us through a map of town and recommended places we should see, not only in Óbidos, but also in nearby towns. He also helped us make a reservation for dinner that night. The hosts have relationships with other businesses and craftspeople in town so many of the products in the home are locally-sourced. Since we only stayed one night, we didn't relax in the home as much as we could have, but the location was perfect for walking into Óbidos. Mood Lodging - Óbidos would also be an easy place to stay for a couple days and explore nearby towns by car.
