The host are really welcoming, available at all time and answer very quickly at all our questions They gave us nice advices about the surroundings and where to go to eat or drink The house was perfect for our group of 7, all the accomodations were there, the kitchen were great with a big fridge, the bedrooms were big and comfy and having two bathrooms is a blessing for large groups. The outside has a little but great swimming pool to relax at the end of the day, the barbecue is clean and works really well and we appreciated the fact that we can cook next to the barbecue thanks to an outside sink Would recommend 100% Thank you for the stay !

The villa exceeded our expectations by a margin. It was large, spotless, well equipped and had a wonderful pool and gardens. The conjoining living room and dining room were spacious and the views out to the pool, garden and down the hill to the sea were exceptional. The garden and flowers were beautiful and extremely colourful There was also a really nice touch from the hosts in the form of a small welcome pack of essentials.

Ferragudo is minutes away from Portimao and you can take the Ferry Taxi easily to the other side without having to use your car. Many options were available for great food and activities on both sides. The best part is the villa of course: its very modern, airy and spacious throughout, carefully selected artwork, well designed infinity swimming pool with the best views of Portimao and experience the fantastic sunsets at the same time, and facilties in general were excellent. Enough space for several cars. Provides bicycles. Great Entertainment system that can be configured on your own mobile/app. Whilst all rooms were big with double beds, the master bedroom is A*. Biggest thanks goes to our host, Paula, who made it very easy and accomodating for us upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back again.

Thrilled to visit Casa das Roseiras after much longtime planning! Casa das Roseiras is THE place to stay in the area. We were greeted with hospitality, cheer and delicious treats after a long travel morning. The property provided everything for a happy area visit - all amenities and facilities in excellent working order, clean, crisp and comfortable rooms, a sweet basement area well equipped for group stay or one with children and good A/C for the hottest days. The lovely private pool was clean and cool, and maintained regularly. The well-supplied grilling area and shady garden were used daily for meals. Cute terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening relaxation with a fabulous view to the water and Portimao - all truly felt like our (sunny and relaxing!) home away from home. Location was perfect for quiet, relaxing time away and exploring the area - Praia dos Caneiros was a tiny walk and our favourite choice. Also enjoyed walking to a few other beaches, Ferragudo for grocery and some meals. Things to note: we are walkers and did need to rent a car, which was fine for us and suited our needs, but some may find busier venues a bit far if not used to walking. There was amble parking space if needed. Local bus service #52 or #110 (vamus) fairly reliable as well for commuting along coast. Overall, most highly recommend Casa das Roseiras, would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ana for your hospitality, suggestions and sharing this sweet place <3

Great villa. Had everything in it you would need. The pool area was perfect and the outdoor kitchen was well equipped for outdoor dining. Would definitely return.

The location is perfect and everything you need is there, the apartment has a large balcony and a wonderful roof terrace with a grill. Communication and check-in went flawlessly. We would definitely come again.

Was very comfortable and well equipped had everything you need / would need, Luisa was very helpful and helped us to book taxis and helpful in general. The views from the holiday house was expectional beautiful and you definitely feel like home here. It’s worth it for the money, we are absolutely in love with the place. And definitely will return again soon.
