I recently had the pleasure of staying two nights in this delightful home, and I must say, it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. The house itself was impressively spacious and instantly felt like home. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, the location was ideal – just a few minutes' walk from the Auckland Botanical Gardens, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature effortlessly. Cleanliness and amenities are often my top concerns with rentals, but this house left no room for complaints. It was spotless throughout, and the inclusion of a washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver, especially for a longer stay. But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible service provided by the host. Upon arriving at the airport, I realized I had left something significant behind. I reached out to the host, who responded almost immediately. With no car at my disposal, I was at a loss for retrieving my item. To my relief and gratitude, the host offered to drive over 20 minutes to the airport to return it to me. This level of thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile (quite literally!) was astounding. In summary, I couldn't be happier with my stay. The comfort of the house, combined with the serenity of the neighborhood and the exceptional service from the host, makes this rental a top recommendation. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a home base for exploring Auckland, this place is a perfect choice.

We used this gorgeous villa as wedding accommodation for myself and bridesmaids. It had such an old worldly yet modern vibe to it and was the perfect location to get ready and have our pre-wedding photos taken here. Absolutely gorgeously manicured backyard which I wish we could’ve had photos in but couldn’t due to the awful weather. Property was super warm and beds were comfortable. If I could do it all again, I would!

Excellent location and quality facilities, a stunning townhouse with view, three bedrooms downstairs and master upstairs. We stayed with my daughter and my parents. Well set up with washing machine, dryer and clothes racks. Electronic door (you need to press your palm on - i had a senior moment getting it to work and had to ring for help- staff very helpful) and house alarm, heated bathroom floors, lovely bathtub. We staying this April 2024, the upstairs had amazing view (but was a bit warm and glaring- but aircon is provided).

    We sliepen maar een nacht in Auckland. We werden hartelijk verwelkomt en van informatie voorzien. Het huisje was schoon en wat we nodig hadden voor een overnachting, zat er in. Het was lekker rustig.

    Het voelde erg luxe om in een groot huis te mogen verblijven en gebruik te maken van de grote keuken, woonkamer en patio. De slaapkamer is zeer comfortabel. Het bed is fantastisch. De badkamer is modern ingericht met een fijne regendouche. De host zorgde voor een goed ontbijt met brood, melk, yoghurt, granen en fruit. Op loopafstand is een treinstation (30 min naar centrum) en een bushalte. Host Lou was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam.

    De B&B is gevestigd in een monumentaal historisch pand. De inrichting is helemaal in stijl. Mooie kamers. Ook het ontbijt was prima in de gezellige rozenkamer. De eigenaren zijn een verhaal apart. Zulke vriendelijke, empatische en behulpzame mensen kom je eigenlijk maar een paar keer in je leven tegen.

    De gastvrijheid van Cindy en Terry geeft je een ontzettend welkom gevoel. Het huisje is super schoon, mooi ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie is prima, je bent zo in de stad met de bus die vaak rijdt.
