Great house for families or even for multiple families. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so you have privacy. Completely fenced garden so safe for the dog. Nice pool. Beautiful terrace next to the kitchen. Parking for 3 cars on the premises. Andrea and his wife are the perfect hosts. The house is so big that we even did not use all rooms. There is several good restaurants within a few kilometer from the house. Central position to visit San Marino, Urbino, Rimini.

We were greeted by the owner & he had very good English. His dear mother left us a beautiful homemade cake and bottle of wine. We felt very welcome. The property was very comfortable, same facilities as a regular home plus a private swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking amazing countryside and a view of the sea. The village nearby has a gorgeous restaurant called osteria gatta e gazzoia, we loved it so much that we booked it twice! The shop is well stocked and only a 10 minute walk from the villa. We would definitely stay again.

Our hosts are amazing people. When we arrived Cinzia had cold water and Beer waiting. We loved our stay so much we booked another night straight away. The view is beautiful and quiet. This is a perfect place for a family holiday
