We lived in these apartments for three days in November. Great clean apartment. The owners are very welcoming and nice people. The owner was waiting for us at the entrance when we arrived. The owners are always in touch and ready to help. A quiet village near an ancient castle, an authentic place. The apartment has a gas boiler; it was quite cold outside, but the apartment had a wonderful climate. There is a local tavern nearby, it is very convenient and tasty. The kitchen has everything you need, all things are very new, not worn out. We had a nice chat with our neighbors. No problems with parking. The center of Rome is 1 hour by car. The town of Bracciano is 10-15 minutes away.

Welcomed with great hospitality and treated as close friends, we felt very relaxed and we enjoyed a lot our staying. The location is excelente !! Just right on the street of many good restaurants. You don't worry about the noise because the bed is location on the other side of the building where it's all peaceful. The apartment is sublimely decorated, big and super clean. One of the best stays of my life ! I gained points with my wife on how pretty was all. I wish I could stay longer but I'd definitely book it again if I'm on the area. Massimo hospitality and flexibility is top notch ! Impressive host ! Do not go anywhere else ! If you are only a couple or couple with 2 kids, this is the place to stay !!

We looked for a complete privacy (yet safe and not too isolated) house with garden next to all services (4 minutes drive) and this place fulfilled all our needs with two bathrooms, two private comfortable bedrooms, equipped kitchen and nice dining areas in and outdoor. The hosts were very kind and welcomed us nicely as well as asked if all was well during our stay. All together we had wonderful staying in 'IL Lago'. Thank you

This property exceeded my expectations. I loved staying in a neighborhood and being so close to a family cafe and grocery store. So close to many restaurants and the castle is only a 5 minute walk.The people in this town are so friendly. The two of us enjoyed the big rooms and spaces. It was nice to have a washing machine. The host came from Rome and spoke great English and was very helpful. I would stay again!

Already from the reservation was done Anna, the hostess, contacted us and supported us with suggestions to what we could do while staying at Villa Gilda. Anna, responded promptly on our, ever so many, questions. The place was nice, clean and inviting, and we were welcomed with a great hospitality by the hostess. The facilities was divided in two separate housing units, (both with A/C) which suited us perfectly as we were two families traveling together. The pool was absolutely fantastic. Villa Gilda had everything we needed to enjoy our stay 100%. With towels (both pool and bath), bed linen, dish washer, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen, you are ready to enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive. Thank you, Anna, for making the start of our vacation perfect.

The host was so flexible, kind and can be reach by phone. Everything is super clean. They have good coffee machine, what makes delicious coffee and tea. They are prepared for kids!
