The Stables is ideally located to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas, e.g. Foxford, Swinford and Ballina. The host was very friendly and the accommodation itself was a pleasure to stay in. This is a very popular destination for fishing so we would recommend booking way in advance!

Lovely house - really comfortable in quiet area within very short walking distance to the town. The lady next door, who is the contact for the house, was really kind and helped us out when needed. The only down point was lack of internet access, which even though I admit it was mentioned on the booking details, I had overlooked it, as it was the last thing i expected as it’s normally a given in any rental property and left me unable to work. Rating would have been 10/10 otherwise

Everything was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, beautiful views. Everything was done to a very high standard, The bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in, had a great night's sleep. Hot tub was fab. Had a lovely relaxing stay, thank you
