We are not long back from our trip to Ballina. The property was unreal, really nice and cozy. The location is good, about a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Nicola is a great host, everything has been thought off, from leaving a welcome snack and a welcome sign to books and board games to use. Beautiful little cottage with it's own enclosed garden 🏡. Well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Appreciated arriving to a lit fire, heated beds and Christmas lights twinkling. Nicely decorated for Christmas stays.. Lovely touch to have free range farm fresh eggs, fuel for the fire place ready to go and information on some of the local tourists spots. And most importantly it's pet friendly 🙌🙌 Will definitely be back again.

Pretty much everything! Our host contacted us the evening before we travelled with details of getting the key etc so we were relaxed when our journey got a bit delayed as we didn't have to rearrange meeting anyone. She also contacted us the morning after we arrived to check that everything was OK for us, which we thought was very good customer service. The house was spotless and bright and there was a supply of all the toiletries, cleaning products, cooking utensils etc you would need(we didn't cook but we were very impressed!) The house felt very 'homely' as soon as we arrived. Fantastic location - pleasant walking distance from the centre of Ballina but such a lovely quiet area - the crows going about their business in the morning was the only 'noise'! The shower room was lovely - for a longer stay or a bigger group the fact that there was only one bathroom, which also contains the shower, might be a bit of an inconvenience at certain times(just once for us trying to get ready for a wedding!). We were in Ballina for a family wedding, but would love to go back some day for a longer stay in the lovely townhouse. It will be our first choice if ever staying in the area again.
