+ trip preparation, communication and flexibility + great house with great garden (small animals, mini pond, flowers, trees, space for kids and toys for kids in excellent shape, big trampoline + big house, nicely renovated and decorated, fully equipped with modern equipment, great big sofa, plenty of books (you can learn all about birds, fishes, HU history, but also with eclectic literature - from classics to U2 - ), all windows are equipped with anti-bugs nets (thanks and congratulations), nice aquarium...) +FANTASTIC view to the Balaton lake +Aircon availability in all rooms (didn't have to use it as we could air the house at night thanks to the anti-bugs nets) +lot of toys for kids (duplo, lego, playmobil, books...) +the cleanest place I have been to so far +free parking in the yard under a carport (with detector triggered light) after an automated gate to enter the property +very calm surrounding (no barking dog!, just a super friendly cat) +very friendly hosts +tons of ideas and docs to prepare your next day visits

A great place for a wild vacation, mysterious house, full of books with a hint of nostalgia, away from civilization, with a large garden and a bonfire place... It's been a long time since I played the guitar on real fires, where the sound of the guitar spreads to the stars flickering undisturbed in the night... Memorable...

The place is wonderfully designed, every little thing is thought of to make you feel as cozy and comfortable as possible! The kitchen is very well equipped, the garden and the terrace are lovely! We had almost all our meals there :) The view is spectacular!

there is a vineyard and apple trees and we collected some grape and apples for the kids! Host is very friendly.
