A recently renovated holiday home situated in Splitska, Seaview Residence features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

Jaka is a very nice and helpful host. The house has two terraces with a amazing view on the sea and the Split strait. Appartment is very nice, apparently recently renovated. The kitchen equipment is perfect. Holiday house includes a dishwasher and a new washing machine including cleaning products. The rocky beach is a short walk from the aparman. This beach is not suitable for small children due quite difficult access to the water. There is a small grocery store on site for general needs.

Boasting a patio with garden views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Kuća za odmor Skalina can be found in Splitska, close to Uvala Splitska Beach and 1.3 km from Beach Zastup.

This spot is located in a marvelous spot, on top of the town, with a wonderful view onto the sea from the large, roof covered terrace, surrounded by a really nice, lush mediterranian garden. Easily reachable by car or by foot, and is really just a click away from the town center. The house is in a great condition, the rooms are spacious enough, the bathrooms are clean and well equipped, the living room and kitchen are also spacious, air conditioned, and one adult person can easily be accomodated if necessary. Tanya, the host is a really kind, helpful and flexible, welcoming person.
