We really enjoyed this villa. Our stay was short, next time we will stay longer for sure. First our welcome host was great and gave us lots of info. Villa is newly renovated, we used the pool and the lounge area a lot. Kitchen has everything you need and the big plus are 2 bathrooms. Beds are super comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby and the bus stop. We really liked it and definitely we recommend it!

The house was very clean and there was air condition in every room which made for a very comfortable stay. The facilities were top notch and the service exceptional. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to everyone.

First and foremost I think the main question to ask is 'Would I stay here again?' Without pause for hesitation the answer is yes. There is nothing about the photos nor the details that do not give a true and accurate presentation of this villa. It is a luxurious and stylish villa with literally everything that you need, and I'm quite certain that if they didn't have it then they would arrange it for you. Which brings me on to the host, Danica. Not sure I have the words in my vocabulary to describe this woman. A warm, friendly and outstandingly helpful host. We travel a few times a year and have never experienced such great service, and always with a smile. She is helpful and everything runs smoothly all thanks to her. The breakfast is superb and plenty of it, served at a time that suits you. Always plenty of fresh towels and spotlessly clean. Can't fault the villa. Impossible to find fault with Danica. I don't usually bother with writing reviews but felt this place deserved a glowing one as its outstanding.

The property is in a great location - it overlooks the town, the main river and the mountains. In the evening it is lovely to sit in the balcony and enjoy these views. It easy to travel to with a regular bus. It is clean, very comfortable and great facilities such as the pool.

The property was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The view into the river was was stunning. We had a wonderful time staying here for our girls trip! Djurdjica was a lovely host and booked a boat tour and Game of Thrones tour for us. Our flight was delayed leaving and she was so kind is accommodating us. Highly recommend!

The location is great. You can sit in your front yard enjoying the views of the sea, the boats, the Tudman Bridge, the lights of Dubrovnik in the evening, watch the cruise ships come in to the Dubrovnik port and leave at night. Convenient and inexpensive public transport connection with Dubrovnik. A couple of shops within a walking distance, and a short drive to the fish market in Dubrovnik. Perfect for families with children - a back yard where you can set up an inflatable pool for kids, no stairs inside the house. Oh, and there's a proper barbecue, so the trips to the fish market are worthwhile. And a most helpful host (thanks, Karolina, for the octopuses!).

the host was amazing, she arranged up pick/drop off for us, a very professional service had attended, gave us a quick tour on way to villa. Mara met us at the villa, to welcome us, gave a detailed tour off the place, she was very friendly and open to calls for anything we needed. showed us the local shops, bus stops and places to visit while we where their. the villa was beyond expectation, great location, easy access, all rooms had enough space. massive thumbs up !!!!

We were met at the villa by Franco who showed us around and also drove us to the supermarket to get some essentials in which was great and thoughtful. The villa is perfect for a stay with friends and family quiet /peaceful it has all the facilities you will need , swimming pool which was used day and night .. wood fired bbq . There is a wonderful restaurant just 1 min from the villa , lovely food and greart value. if you hire a boat to go round the islands you can be picked up /dropped off from the jetty at the bootom the garden ( highly recommended)
