I found the house very clean, considering that it is in the middle of nature. Million Dollar view. Spacius. Quiet. For nature lovers! There was a problem with flushing in the bathroom, the owner sent a handy man immediately to fix it.

The owners were fantastic. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and not 4 adults. The apartment was cramped and temporary beds set up in the sitting room was were poor. Airconditioning didn't work. However, the landlord was fantastic. They changed the apartment in Samos town, which was fantastic.

Everything was amazing. If I ever go to Samos again I know where I will be staying. The house is way bigger than I anticipated. It is also brand new and has absolutely everything you would ever need. Swimming pool and very private backyard with full sunshine throughout the first half of the day. Very nice seaside cafes and restaurants just 2 minutes walk away.

First of all, the location of the property was perfect, Agios Konstantinos is a lovely small seaside village and the property offers great views towards the sea. It was amazing cooking in the kitchen whilst looking at the sea in front of me. The place was well furnished, the washing machine was a real bonus. We also enjoyed the complimentary sweet wine and nibbles at our arrival. There is no allocated parking but this has never been an issue as there is plenty of space around to leave the car. At night we could sleep to the sound of the waves, the place is generally quiet, especially once the restaurants around are closing. The host was also very nice and helped swiftly at our arrival when we couldn't find the property. If we come back to Samos, we will definitely check if this property is available first as we would have gladly stayed all summer!

Nestor and his family have created a beautiful oasis just a few steps from the Aegean in the little village of Agios Konstantinos. Citrus trees provide shade in the garden, tables and chairs are set up so guests can enjoy the views, and the little apartment we had was perfect.

Exceptionally clean, well equipped (including board games!), and amazing view! Communication with the host was very easy and informative, with several tips for the island. We really enjoyed our stay!
