Pool was awesome. Location great and house comfortable and well equipped. Owners friendly and helpful with cleaners midweek. Up in the hills but only 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants etc. Lovely views over the ocean.

The lady who manages the villa was helpful booking us taxis and offered some trips and tours we could book, she also left some cakes in the villa on arrival along with water and tea/coffee facilities and a bottle of wine, good location not too far from town, comfy and clean. Also a shop selling essentials very close to villa which is handy!

My family and I recently had an amazing time at this wonderful villa. It was just built, and you could feel the freshness and newness in every detail. The owner was incredibly caring and attentive, personally ensuring everything was in perfect order each day. He warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was always prompt in responding to all our inquiries, making our stay even more comfortable. The villa's location was perfect for a seaside getaway. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus – we could easily walk to the sea at any time of day and enjoy the sea breeze and crystal-clear waters. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby where we could sample various dishes and local delicacies. One delightful surprise was the fantastic large pool in the backyard. We spent a lot of time there, enjoying refreshing dips and fun poolside activities. It added an extra level of enjoyment to our vacation. The villa lived up to its promises and looked exactly like the photos presented on the website. Spacious and cozy rooms, modern interiors, and a beautiful courtyard created the perfect ambiance for a relaxing stay. We sincerely thank the owner for his hospitality and care, as well as providing us with such an excellent opportunity to have a fantastic vacation. Our experience at this villa left us with unforgettable memories, and we are already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday!

the villa is really spacious and fully equipped (from kitchen to wash machine) so that you feel yourself like at home. 2 bedrooms are upstairs with one bath and the other one downstairs with another bath. big living room with open kitchen. everything was freshly clean at our arrival and we had one more cleaning service during our stay. the house is well positioned so that you arrive shortly everywhere. the owner’s son helped us with everything we needed. thank you for making our stay in Zakyntos so pleasant ♥️
