This is a very nice guest house at excellent location in the heart of Tolo. Ideal place for family vacation, spacious living room, kitchen, slipping room upstairs and two bathrooms with modern new furniture made our vacation very pleasant. The main town beach is just 200m away, sandy and clean. Many supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are within 100-400m. Parking place was also available. During the night the house was quite, there was no much noise from nearby hotels. WiFi was of excellent quality.

While looking for a holiday rental, I literally fell in love with Petra, Elia kai Levanta and we couldn't wait to get there. We were welcomed by the owners, Vassia and Costis, who were very kind to us. I must stress that all the photos are true, and that's exactly what we found in Tolo, with the breathtaking view over the bay. Magnificent! This is definitely the nicest holiday rental we've had - and the best equipped! We appreciated the location, the facilities that exceeded all our expectations, the great kindness of the owners, the impeccable cleanliness of the premises, the comfort, the excellent value for money - everything has been designed with the holidaymaker's well-being in mind. Every moment spent there was a moment of joy. Vassia and Costis mentioned the best restaurants, the places to visit according to our interests, the finest beaches - we are very grateful for their great hospitality and humanity. Our holidays have been perfect in this dream location, and yours can be too. We highly recommend Petra, Elia kai Levanta!

The villa is excellent. Everything as advertised. good,well equipped kitchen, full cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Great bathrooms with good showers, comfortable beds.The outside area is also excellent. no need to walk to beach for sunbathing. Villa on the one and only Main Street, so close to supermarket, bakery and restaurants and bars. Street runs parallel with the beach front. We stayed end of May and no problem with noise from street at night. windows double glazed, shutters and mosquito nets. air conditioning. it has everything you could possibly need.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation on a hill above Tolo and a great view of the bay. It's very much a house we'd like to have. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen: big fridge with freezer, glass ceramic stove (4 hot plates), owen, aspirator, kettler, toster, electrical mini grill, plates, cups, glasses, pans, pots, casseroles, utencils, etc. There's also a 32" LED TV, washing macine with dryer, one LG A/C inverter, sofa that can be turned into a very cozy bed, round table for four and the exit to a gorgeous terrace where it's possible to have a meal too. On the corridor around the house there is an outside shower with a hose. On the 1st floor there's an enormous window from which the view of the bay is even better, king sized bed, spacious wardrobe, PC, small but very well organized bathroom (has a shower cabin with curtain) and another LG A/C inverter. Terrace door's and 1st floor window's shades are operated via electric motor, as well as There is also one LG A/C inverter.). Nafplio and many archeological sites (Ancient Asini, Tyrins, Argos, Epidaurus + underwater Ancient Epidaurus Mycenae...) are less than an hour of driving away from the accommodation. Costis, the owner is very attentive and is there to help you in any way possible, give you advice on what to visit and suggests upcomming cultural events. He prompyly solved the problem we had with the leaking shower head. Google maps coordinates of the accommodation are 37°31'28.6"N 22°51'17.6"E (37.524607, 22.854875).
