We had a fantastic 10-day stay at this property. The host was incredibly friendly, generous, and always available to assist us. The house is wonderfully secluded, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The sunset view at night was simply breathtaking! Inside, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of size; we were pleasantly surprised. It's fully equipped, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anelia House in Ammoudi Bay. It’s such a unique experience from staying up in Oia and we loved waking up every day to the boats rocking on the water. Around the corner from the bay is a beach walking distance and underneath the apartment is the famous Sunset restaurant. We never had any issues with noise and the apartment has amazing air conditioning. To get to Oia you do have to take the stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have mobility issues. We, however, enjoyed the workout and adventure.

Beautiful scenic views, and also peaceful despite being in the busiest area. It was like being in a dream that I didn't want to wake up from! My parents loved it also!

The breakfast they brought us was delicious and the view in the jacuzzi is spectacular. Host was always answering us every time we needed it. We enjoyed our stay!

The Host!! Nikoletta is an absolutely amazing host who took time to greet us upon arrival and even drive us to the restaurant in Oia that we booked for dinner. She maintains her beautiful traditional Santorini home in a pristine state and also offers welcoming conveniences such as espresso coffee, snacks and water. The house's location above the Sunset Restaurant with a clear view from the property's well-sized balcony of beautiful Ammoudi Bay is also a unique advantage of this lovely property. We were sad to have to leave after our one night stay.

The location was excellent, with a perfect view of the sunset. Our room also had a heated private infinity pool, which means we could enjoy it even if the weather wasn't great. The staff was also exceptional, going all out to fulfill all my requests, especially the one for a romantic setup for a proposal, which went great!

After staying in perissa we decided to extend our stay for an extra night in oia. Upon arrival at the meeting point we was greeted by the lovely owner, who proceeded to carry my case right upto the villa(refused my help) she showed us all round and explained things to do there. The villa was just out of this world. Clean, and the views are to die for. The next morning we were delivered breakfast and she had arranged our transport to the airport. What a must this place is and we will definitely book again

This is an exceptional property. Perfectly simple. The rooftop terrace has the best views in Oia. The manager, Fitim is very attentive and answers texts promptly. One of the best places we have stayed.
