Fantastic place and house !!! Extremely clean and very well equipped, even a nespresso machine with capsules ;-)). Beautiful area to swim and do snorkeling, literally down the terrace from where you get a magnificent view ! Quick climb to visit Manolas the village on top and the island ! Awesome experience ! One thing to keep in mind is the logistics to leave (first boat to leave is at 12:15 and you need to book a taxi to transfer from Ammoudi to airport / port, so enough time should be planned for transfer). To get in is easy as boat leaves Ammoudi at 8:00, 12:35, 17:30 and even around 20:00 during summer.

The house is wonderfully secluded, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The sunset view at night was simply breathtaking! Inside, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of size; we were pleasantly surprised. It's fully equipped, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anelia House in Ammoudi Bay. It’s such a unique experience from staying up in Oia and we loved waking up every day to the boats rocking on the water. Around the corner from the bay is a beach walking distance and underneath the apartment is the famous Sunset restaurant. We never had any issues with noise and the apartment has amazing air conditioning. To get to Oia you do have to take the stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have mobility issues. We, however, enjoyed the workout and adventure.

The Host!! Nikoletta is an absolutely amazing host who took time to greet us upon arrival and even drive us to the restaurant in Oia that we booked for dinner. She maintains her beautiful traditional Santorini home in a pristine state and also offers welcoming conveniences such as espresso coffee, snacks and water. The house's location above the Sunset Restaurant with a clear view from the property's well-sized balcony of beautiful Ammoudi Bay is also a unique advantage of this lovely property. We were sad to have to leave after our one night stay.

The location was excellent, with a perfect view of the sunset. Our room also had a heated private infinity pool, which means we could enjoy it even if the weather wasn't great. The staff was also exceptional, going all out to fulfill all my requests, especially the one for a romantic setup for a proposal, which went great!

Facing Ammoudi bay… where you can enjoy one of the best waterfront views.. with accessibility to the most amazing authentic seafood restaurants in town .. just few steps from your suite. Spectacular view and setting.. the most amazing actually were the owners (Chris & his wife). They are just amazing people, very helpful, accessible on what’s app almost 24/7. they helped us in all transports and arrangements. Chris wife served us amazing delicious breakfast every morning in a beautiful basket.
