Dina was a really welcoming and helpful host. Clean and spacious. Parking directly in front of the house. There is a water heater (boiler) so even in winter, where you often don't have much water from the solar powered water heating system that are standard in crete, you have plenty of warm water to have a nice shower.

We had a wonderful stay in this little apartment in the hills of west crete. The communication with the owner Tassos was very quick and helpful, he was always reachable. Checking in was super easy, via a key in a box next to the door, and we also got a video beforehand, how to reach the place. It is pretty remote and very quiet, which we absolutely loved after the more hectic and touristic other places we visited, yet in 10-15 minutes by car you reach small villages with restaurants and supermarkets and different beaches. So the perfect location for us! The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. It is very clean, newly furnished and decorated in a very cute way with lots of small, beautiful details and you can see that someone put their heart into making this place homey. We were given a bottle of Raki and fresh fruit as a welcome present, were allowed to use their beach towels and beach umbrella and had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. You have two private terraces with tables for eating and sun beds for sunbathing (where no one around can see you!). The kitchen is simple but efficient, you have a toaster, kettle, coffe maker and fridge, so we had a cold breakfast every da and sometimes salads for lunch. No option for cooking though. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you want the perfect combination of a quiet stay in the mountains while still reach beaches in a short car ride! Gerasimos and his son were very welcoming and friendly, they gave us many recommendations for places to see/eat. The location was very convenient for beaches and places to eat. The house, in and out had a really nice feel to it. We felt completely relaxed by the end of our stay. We would definitely recommend.

Very neat, tidy, cosy and clean traditional greek house with everything needed provided. Warm welcome from the host. Also biscuits, marmelade and coffee for the morning. We checked in earlier than settled but It was no problem.

the apartment chic and very cosy with a beautiful view on the open sea with breathtaking sunset . the host and his family very freindly welcoming you with authentic greek kitchen, helping you with car rental and giving tips on the area. Very nice experience far from mass tourism, highly recommended !

The accommodation and location are excellent, the bed is the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental. The views are stunning, the facilities inside & outside are outstanding. Pavlos made sure the jacuzzi was hot before we arrived, picking up the keys was really easy, and the family have a lovely cafe for food and drink. The apartment was well furnished, and the kitchen well equipped, parking is easy. Overall, a very enjoyable week.
