Amazing property over 3 floors! Lots of space, great rooms with balconies and great to have 3 bathrooms. All the doors and windows are high spec and the property has been designed really well. Incredible decent size deep pool. Great to have a BBQ and pizza oven and the table tennis table was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to loads of great restaurants, bakery and shops. Close enough to the beach with a quick drive and love that the property is high up for great views and sunrises. Couldn't fault the property and had a great week there having stayed in Skala the week before so could compare the two.

A fantastic welcome with wine, fresh fruit, homemade jam, and many tasty surprises!! Excellent base for travelling around, breathtaking views. So peaceful and calm. Three of the best beaches of the island Lourdas, Trapezaki and the Caribbean blue exotic Kanali beach is only 5 minutes away. Ioannis House Sea View is well equipped with everything you can imagine and even more. Books, board games, cable TV, wifi, a high end Bluetooth sound system, toys and umbrellas for the beach and a fantastic BBQ outside! Thank you both so very much for making our holiday so very special. The standard of everything is excellent! A truly hidden gem. It surpassed all my expectations…brought back so many happy memories and created new ones. Thank you so much. Will highly recommend to friends and hope to be back.

The villa was very spacious, much larger than we expected from the photos. Each room has access to a balcony with stunning views, we spent most evenings sitting on a balcony and soaking in the breathtaking scenery. Every room has air conditioning and is beautifully decorated. Having an integral garage meant that the car stayed cool for when we needed to use it. What really made our holiday exceptional was the kindness of our hosts, they visited us most evenings to bring us fresh fruit from their garden, homemade jam, and home cooked desserts. They were so helpful and welcoming, Greek hospitality at it’s best, thank you to them for making this holiday so special. The walk to the nearest beach is down a steep hill, and the walk back rather challenging, but there are some lovely tavernas on the way in which to stop for some refreshment. The area is quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but a really good base for exploring the island away from the more commercial areas. I hope we will be able to return here again in the future.

Beautiful stay in the tranquil village of Lourdhata, 10 minutes from the beach at the foot of the mountains. This villa is run by a local family who's hospitality was 5*. They own a lovely greek restaurant situated conveniently next to the villa. The villa is traditional greek style, very clean and everything you need for a self catering holiday. The family bent over backwards to meet our needs and helped to make our experience exceptional. Value for money and Location for us was outstanding. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and tranquil stay.
