My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute, cozy little room with a beautiful view of the city and the port. The hosts were helpful and responsive. You can walk to town from the room either down the road, or via a short cut that one of the hosts will gladly point out to you. Be warned though that it is rather steep and has some loose rocks. One note of caution: the walls were somewhat thin and we could hear our neighbors alarm going off for about an hour from 5-6AM. Bring earplugs!

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Beautifully designed, stylish, spacious and extremely comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. It has a few terraces with sea views, which you can choose for shade depending on the time of the day. The pool area is great, too. Location is fantastic - very quiet, but at the same within 10 minutes walk to the port with lots of facilities such as tavernas, bus stop and shops, and within 5 minutes walk from 2 beaches. To top it all, there is a nice taverna O Filipos almost next door, which you can reach in 2 minutes. Our host, Tasos, was very helpful, and he even left some water, fruit and traditional cheese and meat from Kea in the fridge for us upon arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa for a family stay in Kea, or for a stay with friends.

The personal styling of the villa was fantastic. It gives a warm and nice atmosphere. The outside terraces have the most fantastic view and give secluded and serene feeling. The almost private beach at 2 minute walking makes it all even better. It’s even better than the photos on the website. It’s very quiet location but close enough to the port for all facilities. Mary is a great and attentive host giving support for all our questions and needs.

One of the standout features of this accommodation is the exceptional host. Chrysa was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Her hospitality was beyond compare, despite she was already away due to her job. The amenities provided were a delightful surprise. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, refreshing water, sweets to satisfy our cravings, and even toothbrushes - a level of thoughtfulness that truly sets "The House in the Port" apart. The presence of tons of different shampoos, conditioners and body lotions added to the feeling of luxury, ensuring we didn't have to worry about a thing. Cleanliness was paramount throughout our stay. The property was spotless, and it was evident that great care is taken to maintain a high standard of hygiene. In summary, "The House in the Port" offers a prime location, a very responsive and friendly host, outstanding hospitality, a wide array of thoughtful amenities, impeccable cleanliness, and the mesmerizing sound of the sea.
