Brand new, exceptionally clean and only a short drive from Sivota and Vasiliki ports. Host was very helpful with lots to say about the gorgeous island of Lefkada!

A charming house in a quiet location surrounded by countryside. But you don't feel isolated because there are neigbouring famers. Convenient because it is close to the main road but very quiet. The terrace overlooking the valley was very comfortable with a relaxing green panorama. We spent the late evenings watching shooting stars and listening to the scops owls. The house is very practical and spacious, with a porch on the front and the terrace to the valley (We stayed on the upper floor apartment) The sleeping material was plenty and high quality. Even though we stayed in the middle of the hot season, we did not turn on the air conditioning even one single night (I'm an oveweight hairy man, fan of air conditioning and hate to sleep in a hot room... we stayed 21 days in Greece and here were the only 5 nights without AC) The owners couldn't be more nice and helpful. The welcome kit with fridge amenities was very good. They have their own parking space right by the porch. There is a nice garden with a barbecue. Vasilikí is just a stone throw away. Amoussa beach is quite close and very nice (12 minutes by car) It was by far the most feel at home experience among the 5 accommodations we stayed this summer.

The house is very clean and tidy. Nice furnished - Washing machine, dishwasher, airconditioners, TVs. The host was very kind and helpful.

the Hostess Anastasia was not at the property but just a message away for any information we need . Sitting on the balcony is a pleasure and the fireplace is magnificent with plenty of fire wood. Be sure to stroll up above the house and go left Along the dirt road this will take you across to the other side with a great view of another village and some incredibly old olive trees.

The house is very big, comfortable, and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more! It's very well equipped, the internet is excellent (one of the best connections we've had in Greece), and it feels like a home. The best part is the garden. It's so beautiful, it lights up at night, and it's magical. The host is very kind and welcoming. He also let us do the check-in earlier and helped us when we checked out and forgot something inside the house

Such a quiet, secluded location, exactly what we like😁 It was coming to the end of the summer season when we arrived and the villa next door was empty making it so lovely and quiet. The harbour with shops and restaurants was a 10 minute walk but it was up a very steep driveway, which didn't concern us but left us out of breath after a week of eating and sunbathing😂. Fish can be purchased at the harbour at approx 8-8.30am. We got sun from 11am till 6pm at the villa at this this time of year (October) the pool was quiet chilly but great for cooling off. The cleaning lady and pool attendant came twice a week and were very friendly. The villa was very well equipped with enty of sockets and brilliant air conditioning. We visited a nearby harbour at Nydri where we hired a boat for 60 euros plus fuel we enjoyed it so much we went back later on in the week to do it again! We don't normally want to revist the same accommodation as we like trying different ones but we will definitely return here😁

The house is very pleasant, full of lights, it looks even better than in photos - it is made of natural materials like stone walls, wooden floors, stairs, furniture, comfortable beds, nicely decorated with hand made, traditional accessories. Downstairs is very good clima, its colder than upstairs, but the bedroom has good, quiet climatization. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host Kassi is very nice and gave us many useful information about the surroundings.
