It was very clean, extremely well equipped and breakfast was brought to us every morning.The owner and all of his staff, from cleaners to the pool men were friendly and very accommodating. This was the first time that we had brought our boys abroad on holiday (they are 7/14 & 19) and this villa made it amazing..........it will be hard to top in the future and hopefully we will be back.

Highly recommend! The villa is beautiful, well maintained, the surrounding is very big, the pool is perfect, there is place for everyone, the table upstairs is amazing for dinner with friends/family, the kitchen is super well equipped, there are even two kitchens! We were also surprised by an amazing greek dinner from the owners of the place! This was a lovely stay in a private villa and we would recommend it to anyone!

It is very well equipped and we found it very clean. The agency and the owner were very kind and helpful to offer all the information we needed. The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.

Villa was amazing, as we expected! It has everything, what you might need for a family vacation. We used kitchen (which has everything for cooking food at home), grilling space, swimming pool and sunbathing space. Villa has a super cool "Bali vibe" (sometimes you might forget where you are, in Bali or in Rhodes :)) Panagiotis is amazing and hospitable host, who took care of us during the staying (he met us, showed around, treated with local wine and fruits, provided some recommendations for restaurants). He also helped us to find a car for 7 people to travel around the island for a good price.

The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Perfect location, close to main road, but far enough to not hear traffic noise, you can travel easily to Rodos or Lindos within 20 minutes, and other beautiful beaches just 5 minutes way. The owners are the friendliest people that you will ever meet, and they have nice tips of which places to visit whilst on the island.

The staff are the best - friendly, conscientious, caring, helpful. Our room was kept very clean daily. The pool, the beach, the site - everything was perfect. The dining room offers something for every one, even the most picky. We have and will recommend that resort to all our friends.

We really liked the location too (we had a car, which I’d recommend for this area) but still everything you’d need was close by. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was really comfortable.
