Awesome new villa! Location is quiet but there is literally everything you need nearby (super market, Gas station, coffee spots, bakery, a couple great seaside restaurants for fresh fish, a couple great restaurants for meat, a few great beaches -the closest and best, in my opinion, being Psarou Beach). The Villa is very spacious and modern, very large garden for children to play in the afternoon, easy spacious parking.

We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was perfect! The property is set in landscaped gardens with several raised terrace areas to sit and look out at the ocean. There is a small beach bar about 50meters away from the property that is connected to the hotel next door and also a very good restaurant less than 200 yds walk. The property is literally 50meters from the sea and is set in a really quiet and relaxing location. We hired a Quad Bike for a couple of days that was perfect to explore the Island. There is also a very reliable and inexpensive bus service that runs to Zakynthos Town, leaves three times and returns three times each day, the Bus Stop is less than 2 minutes walk from the Villa It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, the Villa is well equipped - coffee machine, great shower, really comfortable mattress etc. The holiday was made extra special because of our host, Dimitrios who was so helpful in explaining everything we needed to know and no ask was too much trouble! Dimitrios also helped us with arranging the Quad Bike and even posted something back to England that I'd accidentally left in the Villa. Will definitely return. The villa, location and Dimitrios were absolutely faultless!

The property is on the 1st floor of a very spacious, equipped, clean villa with a wonderful view! Exceptional value for money! It has 2 bathrooms but only one has a shower! 3 bedrooms and a huge leaving with a large balcony overlooking the sea❣️a fully deserved❣️We were only 4 people but you can organize for 6!the owners live on the ground floor, they don't speak English at all, only the lady who greeted us, who didn't stay there, but we communicated through messages!The house has a beautiful yard with flowers and a very neat yard typical of the Greeks, parking plus they allowed us to charge the electric car, we had an extension! A range of 30 km but very good for us!There is also a washing machine that you can use, we wash beach clothes and towels, have detergent or buy next door is a very ok marker! there is also a dishwasher, we did not use it! The kitchen is extremely equipped!Value for money we clearly recommend this property without exception and maybe!Beaches are a lot nearby, the island is easily traversed if you have a car!
