Katerina is a very lovely person and her house is really special and spacey. It is outside in the hills and close to seitan limania beach. We explored the entire island from there and she always made sure we feel comfortable, gave tips on local restaurants and places and was prompt to answer. We really loved it there. 20 minutes by car to chania is also easy and fast. Make sure to book this house with katerina as she is very kind and you will have a great holiday for sure.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Villa is located in a nice quite place. Owner was helpful, good comunication. Villa is fully equipped, interior is beautiful. Nice bathroom, kitchen with living room, bedroom with very comfortable bed. Possibility of using swimming pool made staying at this place even better. We would like to return, definitely!

It was an amazing place for such a nice property. It was very unique and authentic. Interior was up to date and it was equipped with all the modern gadgets you could ever need. Felt really nice having that “homelike” comfort while on vacation. Met every sunrise out in the terrace with a glass of fresh orange juice.

Michael had surely been the highlight of our staying at Casa Magnolia, besides the beautiful property. An amazing friendly welcoming and generous guy. He offered the ultimate Cretan hospitability and assisted in everything. Transportation, information, guiding and any other assistance we might have needed. He surely exceeded our expectations. The property is nearly new, modern, spacious and has all the amenities required. It will suit a big family's needs and can even accomodate a group of friends. Would definitely go back and can recommend it blind eyed to anyone that would like to base his holidays around Chania and even Western Crete.
