Katerina is a very lovely person and her house is really special and spacey. It is outside in the hills and close to seitan limania beach. We explored the entire island from there and she always made sure we feel comfortable, gave tips on local restaurants and places and was prompt to answer. We really loved it there. 20 minutes by car to chania is also easy and fast. Make sure to book this house with katerina as she is very kind and you will have a great holiday for sure.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Villa is located in a nice quite place. Owner was helpful, good comunication. Villa is fully equipped, interior is beautiful. It was an amazing place for such a nice property. It was very unique and authentic. Interior was up to date and it was equipped with all the modern gadgets you could ever need. Felt really nice having that “homelike” comfort while on vacation. Met every sunrise out in the terrace with a glass of fresh orange juice.

A very calm and rural feel in very close proximity to the airport. The house is very quiet with plenty of space for socialising, relaxing, dining and enjoying the nice garden and balcony (outdoor space). Also unlike other heavily commercial areas this is a very traditional area with warm and welcoming people. The house felt immediately as our home. All of the creature comforts were there from a nice kitchen area to make your coffee and toast to Aircon, TV, Netflix, Superb Balcony, BBQ, and Garden Sun Lounges, Swing etc. Beds were really comfy and linen fresh and crisp. Bathrooms were in good shape with more than enough space for a family. Washing machine was available at the bigger bathroom. The owner was very friendly, discreet and extremely accommodating. He really gone out of his way to make our holidays a great experience. From the moment we walk in the house we realised that he made his upmost to cover everything and make our stay a great experience. It's the little things that made us feel so at home: Wine, Water, Food for the first day and some treats until we go and stock up. Followed by courtesy cleaning sessions to keep the house fresh and in top condition with presents like wine, sweets and other local fresh delicacies. The garden was well looked after. A gardener was visiting regularly to keep it at its best condition. Simply amazing !!! The owner's wife was friendly, warm, helpful and knowledgeable of the area and her recommendations for places to visit were spot on. If one really tries hard he can find some natural wear in the property but we are travelling as a family 20 years and can reassure you that this is one of the few properties we want to revisit. We were very exhausted from a tough year and this place helped us to rejuvenate. Thank you Mihalis & Katerina. Huge gratitude !!!
