The property was amazing , amazing people around the village including the host. perfect location for a stop if you are going to elafonisi, balos and gramvousa. the view was stunning. Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the village stay.

Gerasimos and his son were very welcoming and friendly, they gave us many recommendations for places to see/eat. The location was very convenient for beaches and places to eat. The house, in and out had a really nice feel to it. We felt completely relaxed by the end of our stay. We would definitely recommend.

The house itself is in traditional style, very clean with every bit of equipment one would need. Niklas has been a kind and attentive host making our stay in western crete authentic and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in this little apartment in the hills of west crete. The communication with the owner Tassos was very quick and helpful, he was always reachable. Checking in was super easy, via a key in a box next to the door, and we also got a video beforehand, how to reach the place. It is pretty remote and very quiet, which we absolutely loved after the more hectic and touristic other places we visited, yet in 10-15 minutes by car you reach small villages with restaurants and supermarkets and different beaches. So the perfect location for us! The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. It is very clean, newly furnished and decorated in a very cute way with lots of small, beautiful details and you can see that someone put their heart into making this place homey. We were given a bottle of Raki and fresh fruit as a welcome present, were allowed to use their beach towels and beach umbrella and had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. You have two private terraces with tables for eating and sun beds for sunbathing (where no one around can see you!). The kitchen is simple but efficient, you have a toaster, kettle, coffe maker and fridge, so we had a cold breakfast every da and sometimes salads for lunch. No option for cooking though. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you want the perfect combination of a quiet stay in the mountains while still reach beaches in a short car ride! Very convenient studio. The bed is comfortable, there is a fly net on the window/door so you get fresh air during the night without mosquitos or air conditioning. The lady welcomed us and gave us some home -prepared sweets. 15 min from Kedrodasos and Elafonisi beaches
