The property was amazing , amazing people around the village including the host. perfect location for a stop if you are going to elafonisi, balos and gramvousa. the view was stunning. Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the village stay.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very nice, they gave us local treats and useful information and directions to beaches and tavernas. House is very beautiful at a peacful location with stunning view and it was very clean. This was the best accommodation we had in Crete :)

The place is in a wonderful location, up in the mountains but still near the sea and most of the beaches. The house is very cozy, quiet and well equipped. Giannis and his grandmother are very friendly and authentic. Giannis’ grandma is very sweet, she always prepared something to eat for breakfast and gave us fruits and vegetables. The bed is comfortable and there’s Netflix. Would 100% come back here and recommend to everyone who is searching for a quiet and relaxing place.

The property offers an oasis of tranquility only a short 20min drive away from Elafonissi beach. The roof terrace is a wonderful hangout spot to enjoy superb mountain views while cooled by a refreshing breeze. The house itself is in traditional style, very clean with every bit of equipment one would need. Niklas has been a kind and attentive host making our stay in western crete authentic and memorable.

Un alojamiento muy bonito y singular. Destaca la sensación de estar en una cabaña de montaña pero con toda la comodidad que uno puede esperar. Tranquilo. Muy bien acogidos por la proprietaria. Aprovechad el tiempo en el sitio y de las terrazas de las cabañas.

We had a wonderful stay in this little apartment in the hills of west crete. The communication with the owner Tassos was very quick and helpful, he was always reachable. Checking in was super easy, via a key in a box next to the door, and we also got a video beforehand, how to reach the place. It is pretty remote and very quiet, which we absolutely loved after the more hectic and touristic other places we visited, yet in 10-15 minutes by car you reach small villages with restaurants and supermarkets and different beaches. So the perfect location for us! The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. It is very clean, newly furnished and decorated in a very cute way with lots of small, beautiful details and you can see that someone put their heart into making this place homey. We were given a bottle of Raki and fresh fruit as a welcome present, were allowed to use their beach towels and beach umbrella and had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. You have two private terraces with tables for eating and sun beds for sunbathing (where no one around can see you!). The kitchen is simple but efficient, you have a toaster, kettle, coffe maker and fridge, so we had a cold breakfast every da and sometimes salads for lunch. No option for cooking though. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you want the perfect combination of a quiet stay in the mountains while still reach beaches in a short car ride! A mis hijos les encantó que fuera una casita toda para nosotros, de tres pisos con escaleras de caracol para acceder a la planta superior donde hay dos camas. La cocina muy bien equipada y en general muy confortable. Además es un lugar ideal si quieres llegar a la playa Elafonisi bien pronto por la mañana antes de que lleguen todos los buses. Nosotros en menos de 30 min llegabamos a la playa, mientras que con bus son trayectos de 2 horas y media. Dicen es la playa más bonita de Creta, pero está aislada del resto de las zonas principales y la carretera es de montaña.
