Everything about the villa was amazing. Great serene location, welcoming hosts quite late into the night, spacious villa and good amenities. The pool is of course incredible and well taken care of. It is definitely worth the drive up from Chania.

Our stay in Villa fabrika was unforgetable :)))) the Villa is build on a foundation of a XIX century olive oil factory, however build with high quality stone and material - thus the place has both a vibe of tradition and modern comfort. The interior has such a level of warmth and atrention to detail, that a womans hand must have been used to feel truly as if at home <3 The location is great, within driving distance to Chania, in a little valley, such that when swimming in a swimming pool, you feel solitude of being sorrounded by mountain peaks. The hosts are the kindest of people, welcomming us with a basket of olive oil, wine and other goods we didn't even ask for, and then left us to enjoy the stay with complete respect for our privacy. This was by far the best reservation I have ever made on Booking - thank you so much :))))

The hospitality of the owner was beyond expectation. Upon arriving we found the fridge full of delicious dacos, beer, eggs, butter, soft drinks, water, raki, wafer, ham, cheese and toast. As our stay was 10 days the owner offered us to send a professional cleaning company to clean the house but we decided to have new linen and towels only, these came with a basket full of fresh fruit and vegetables, bottled water, beer and softdrinks. One day upon returning to the house we noticed that the area was busier than usual, infact a new chapel was being inaugurated, a lovely couple (the owners) invited us to celebrate with them and treated us to a delicious traditional dinner. The house is very nice and comfortable with lots to recreation areas exactly as featured in the pictures. You have to be comfortable driving in winding mountain roads to reach the house but you'll get used to it after a while.

Great stay - very nice and helpful host. Very clean property and a lovely location in nature. Not too much around if you want to go to shops or restaurants, but this is an ideal escape in a private and peaceful area not far from Chania. Great house, amazing outdoor areas (with the pool) and highly recommended.

The hosts are amazing people, they accommodated all of our needs!! The location is great for a retreat in the nature (but also fast drive to the city and the beach), perfect for us, a family with a small kid. The house and the garden was cleaned regularly (every 2-3days). They received us with a very generous welcome package (full fridge of food). We additionally received vegetables from the garden every few days. With a pool, a jacuzzi and a great garden was a pleasure to spend our vacation at this house! We totally recommend it! So far it was the best experience we had in Crete! Thank you Maritina and Thodoris!
