We had a wonderful staying! The house was extremely spacious and cosy, the perfect place to let you escape the daily life and enjoy a lovely holiday, yet to feel home! The host was the kindest and good hearted, ready to asist with everything any time. The area was colourful, green, friendly, and with easy access to other faciloties, the town of Kavala, and wonderful beaches around! We are very grateful and would definitely visit again!

We spend two beautiful weeks in Kochili Villa (2 families with four kids from 17 months to 13 years). Everything was great! The house provided everything we needed, and Stelios and Frini were great hosts available anytime. We were welcomed with a basket of delicious Greek fruits, cold water and snacks in the fridge :). The spacious balcony was excellent for spending time during the day and relaxing in the evenings with a glass of great choices of Greek wines. The house is in a quiet area, providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy the breeze and the song of the summer insects outside. All the windows and doors had mosquito protections which efficiently kept the space inside the house insects free. Outside the house is a lovely olive tree field, a place to sit with a barbecue and a grass area that offers an excellent opportunity to play with the kids. The courtyard is fenced with an electric garage door, providing space for two to three cars. In summary, we enjoyed ourselves very much in Kochili Villa. If we revisit this beautiful region with very nice beaches and restaurants, we will consider the same villa to spend our time in.

The house is simply perfect with a large garden full of olive trees. Obviously not built for renting out, but as a home. Highly recommend!

The house was great, it had a big yard, lots of hoses to clean and rinse everything and everywhere. Inside it has ok facilities, powerful air conditioning, equipped kitchen. The terrace was good too. You can park inside the yard which is helpful as well. The barbecue is great, although I suggest always opening fresh pair of burning coal because the humidity is so much I couldn’t burn the provided wood even when putting lightning fluid on it.

The house is great - modern, perfectly clean and decorated ,with all the facilities that you need .The host is very friendly young lady.I strongly recommend and definitely will come back😀

The hostess and her husband are great, very kind people. The place is surrounded by woods and it is wild. Perfect see view. You can find anything in the kitchen. Ideal for families with kids.
