It is a great house with very modern decoration and equipment. It has Everything you want in a house in order to feel relaxed, welcomed and comfortable. Andreas was super nice taking care of every little thing and helping us with whatever we asked, always with kindness and willingness. The sea is right outside the house and there is a very nice restaurant very near, Also owned by the family. I would totally recommend it

Yannis is outstanding guy and a super host in my opinion. we had a great time in that unique place. staying there on the beach with short bicycle rides to city or just using the sap to go into the water a watch the sunset. Yannis gave us any help or answer needed 🙏🏻 Thanks a lot

Location, space, value for money. We made several trips to the snow places in Kalavrita and instead of staying in a crowded place with other people we chose a quiet place away from the crowd- Dimitris Villa. The kids are happy with the snow, I'm happy with everything.

A perfect place to relax and get away from stress. Alexandra is the most wonderful host, makes you feel really welcome and treats you like a member of her own family. She meets every demand even before you know it. She offered us goodies home made and a lot of very useful information about the things we could see and do in the region, She is always extremely helpful and willing to offer you the very best. The house itself is very comfortable and has everything you could possible need for your staying. The garden is a little paradise where you can enjoy the green grass and the shadow of some beautiful trees. The surroundings are not very crowded therefore you can enjoy the greek spirit unspoiled by mass tourism.

Our friendly host greeted us and was available to assit but we did not need any asistance. The property was immaculate and newly built in nicely kept grounds. Comfortably furnished, good wifi and basics like water, coffee, toiletries on hand. Located very near the water and local swimming beach (stony). Close to good waterfront dining.
