The arrival time was very flexible; I had a late flight to Chios and it was no problem for the proprietor to meet me in person at the apartment. He even took time to explain things about Chios and provide suggestions. During my stay, he contacted me to check if I needed anything. The apartment is beautiful and practicable; you must have car to get to and from the village. Note that there is no laundry available in the village.

Avgonyma is a great spot to spend your Chios vacation, assuming you have a car. Likno house is an old Genoavese stone building. It is nicely decorated and can easily accomodate four people. As a family of four, we have enjoyed it very much. The inkeeper Stelios is very nice and helpful. The kitchen is full-fledged. After having our quick home-made toasts in the morning for breakfast, we have headed to one of the nearby beaches. Lithi and Agia Dinami beaches are highly recommended.

Everything is new and clean and in good condition. The apartment is fully equipped so you’ll have all you need to live comfortably. Peaceful area, amazing views, the sunsets, wow. The location is perfectly in the middle of the town square so only a few metres walk. Excellent value for money, even in the middle of August high season And the main attraction: the owner Simos Just a lovely guy. Very helpful and kind and knowledgeable.

this was an amazing place it's situation in the small village with stone buildings up in the mountains was breathtaking. we were greeted by the owners they were very friendly the property was very clean and comfortable evrything was perfect thank you.

The house is wonderful! It's a renovated traditional stone house in Anavatos, with a big veranda covered by wine plants. Anavatos is an old village on top of a hill which is now mostly not inhabited anymore. It's a particular experience, because it's in an isolated place, but everything around is beautiful, the old abandoned town, the nature, the sky full of stars you can see here at night. And just a couple of minutes walk from the house there is a Restaurant which is opened every day and were you can enjoy delitious local foods. The beaches are not reachable by walk in a short time, but if you come here buy car in 10 minutes you are on the west coast and you just have to choose one of the beautiful beaches around.

I loved the location, very special in a beautyful abandoned village. The flat Is cosy and very comfortable. The lady Effi care a lot about her guest. I had a problem with my foot and she called me several times and her mother gave to me the medicine and a bandage. I asked if i could eat the grapes at the veranda and they cut the grapes for me!
