We were absolutely thrilled with Sunshine House. Vassia, the landlady, met us there and she was lovely and helpful, showed us how everything works and she sent us lots of information about helpful things for our stay. The house was immaculate, comfortable and just like the pictures. It is a really substantial, solid house and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay with a family and easy to keep clean. It is a fifteen minute walk to the centre but has all the essentials nearby - a lovely bakers, supermarket, fishmonger, butcher and a few bars nearby. Ten mins to the windmill for lovely swimming and the same to the airport so no need for a taxi if you are happy to trundle along with your suitcases for a short trip. We loved the surroundings as there is a small but pleasant, sunny yard out back for sitting outside and lots of greenery around.

Дуже багато подорожую, бачив багато країн, винаймав більше 200 різноманітних помешкань по всьому світу. Господарі цього будинку вразили гостинністю, турботою та надали всю необхідну інформацію про місто та сам відпочинок на острові. Поряд з будинком на відстані до 50 метрів є невеликий супермаркет, магазин свіжої риби, магазин свіжого м'яса, різні кафе та ресторани. Центр міста за 1,2 км. До аеропорта 1,1 км. Пляжі краще розглядати в Палеокастриці, там їх декілька і всі дуже мальовничі. На відстані 1,3 км є Lidl, поряд з ним за 100 метрів автостанція, з якої їздять автобуси до тих пляжів, ціна 2,3 євро на людину. В день від'їзду був сильний дощ і власниця відвезла нас до аеропорту. Дуже дякуємо за прийом і звісно рекомендую всім.

Great comfortable studio with sea views in Corfu Town. It was very clean, equipped with all ammenities (coffee maker, kitchen ustensils, washing machine etc), very spacious and in a lively area with lots of tavernas and terraces. It is a 25 minute walk to Clrfu Old Town, a beautiful walk by the sea providing great views both by day and by night. We also had a parking spot in front of the apartment and it was very easy to access the studio and get the keys. The owners are very responsive and nice. Would recommend this location if you’re headed to Corfu town.

Spacious apartment, very clean with good amenities and ask that you could need for a pleasant stay. Comfy beds, two bathrooms, TVs in two rooms, washing machine, full equiped kitchen. The host communicated effectively via email and Whatsapp, we received easily the keys with a code. The apartment is located near to the city center, but away from the heavy traffic. It was ideal for our stay. In general, everything was as it should have been for a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay.

The house is located probably in the most interesting and attractive location of the town. Overlooking from one side the fortress and from the other the Mon Repos palace. Spyros, the owner, is more than helpful, kudos to him and his wife for the nice settlement. Recommended 100%

Perfect location near Watermill + near the sea with free and paid beaches. Furthermore, it is easy to get to the airport (just 25 minutes by foot). Great host - when we arrived at night it was easy to get to the apartment + the host left Greek treats. Moreover, he offered us storage as we had a few hours before the plane.

Great location for discovering Corfu city and surroundings, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre. There are a lot of tavernas, market, a small beach just a few steps away. The apartment is located in a small street with no direct vehicle access, so it is very silent. The garden is very private. The inside is modern, like new, well equiped. The communication with the owner is absolutely high-level, he gave us a lot of information and tips, his hospitality is great!
