Excellent guesthouse for six people, located in a quiet area and offering all the comfort you need. The guesthouse has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and on the ground floor a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, electric oven, refrigerator, espresso coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, etc.), plus two terraces. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, to which another one is added in the kitchen-living room, which create the necessary thermal comfort on hot days. The communication with our host, Mrs. Christiana, was excellent, being pleasantly surprised by the way we were received with wine, fruit and small gifts, for which we thank her once again Two of the most beautiful beaches, Mirtos to the NW and Agia Paraskevi to the SE (grassy beach with trees), are 10 minutes away by car. I sincerely recommend this guesthouse and I am convinced that you will not regret it.

Great comfortable and clean house with very nice yard. Children loved jakuzzi. Dimitris is great host, He gave us lot of homemade vegetables eggs and delicious traditional Feta made from sheep milk from his farm. He allowed us to invite friends to hang out in the evening. Every recommendation.

Mirto met us as we arrived and was on hand thoroughout our stay if we needed anything. The Villa is stunning, it was without question the best we have stayed in, the kids didn't want to leave.

everything! we stayed at Villa Preveduro. It has amazing and stylish interiors, perfect pool area for our young kids, comfortable beds and uninterrupted views. Great attention to detail. The host was very welcoming and responsive.
